African Development Foundation of Canada is a registered social services and non-profit organization based in Richmond, British Columbia,
Canada.
Nationally, the goal of ADFC is to facilitate smooth and safe integration and assimilation (follow-up integration) of new African
immigrants into Canadian society by striving to ensure that they do not only gain unimpeded access to decent, affordable shelter,
employment, healthcare and basic services, but also endear themselves for productivity. ADFC helps keep new African Canadians out
of disastrous habitats, criminal activity, and unproductive engagements.
Internationally, ADFC seeks to promote a peaceful, educative,
and sustainable development of Africa’s youth, to become “Youth Without Frontiers” (YWF), by providing technical, capacity-building,
material and other forms of support to local youth-based non-profit organizations.
